In high school I would be always be in the extra help room during my free periods to help out the other students struggling in whatever area, and all the students always came to me for help because they knew I would sit down and help them. I greatly enjoy finding a way to inspire a child to understand the problem at hand. Through from my experience in grade school and my observation of students that attend tough schools I've realized the monotonous class schedule and disciplinary philosophy of most schools deflates most student's desire to succeed.
