My comments on tutoring Trumpet: I don't have any specific age groups I prefer to teach. I will teach those who mainly want to start learning the trumpet, but those who want to refine their trumpet skills I can help as well. I have played the trumpet for nearly 12 years and have a lot of experience to share.
I have played the trumpet for nearly 12 years. During this time I've been in many ensembles, such as; Honor Band, Honor Orchestra, the University of the Pacific (UOP) Concert Band, and the UOP Pep Band, as well as other solo performances in churches. This has given me the opportunity to play under different teaching styles which has helped me learn what the best practicing techniques are in bettering ones instrument skills. People have different forms of learning, so I will learn what the student needs in order to best help them learn the trumpet, whether through audible or visual learning.
