I had no intention of teaching when I started my career in Psychology and the Analytical Chemistry industry. I continuously tried to improve my methadology to arrive at the right mix of stimulation and information to make the learning process as interesting as possible. Teaching the Physics of Xrays and chemical analysis does challenge one to keep assessing the learned content and modify as results indicate. The results of effective teaching and learning start with asking questions about the purpose of the instructions, how will the results of the learning be measured, and what is educational level of the students? At a very young age I decided to be a veterinarian. While I have not yet completed this goal I have stayed true and remained in the biological science field. I received my BS in Animal & Veterinary Sciences this past May and have taken many classes in the Biological Sciences ranging from Basic Biology to Plant Science, Soils, and very in depth classes on Animal Biology including the subjects of reproduction, digestion and nutrition. I have taken courses in both Human and Animal anatomy and physiology as well. I do not have an extensive background in tutoring, but I have tutored students in Math, basic anatomy, and several students in my Animal Science classes.
