I am very determined and driven to complete my education in the field on Psychology and then move on the Medical School. Being a Psychology Major has taught me intensive research and presentation skills and has allowed me to be critical and analytic from a scientific point of view. Also, being a Spanish minor, I have come to be almost fluent in the language, with an extensive background in grammar, comprehension and literature. My approach depends on what level of students you are dealing with; and I am good at it. I always have some tactics on how boring subjects catch the student's interest. Teaching your kid doesn't need a genius one but first it does need somebody who has the heart to make them feel that they are special and making them feel that we, parents have confidence with our kids. Nothing brings me more happiness that accomplishing a difficult task. I really enjoy seeing what I have overcome and the finished product of hard work and fortitude. Through tutoring, I want to extend that feeling to as many students as possible. I know that many people find mathematics to be extremely difficult, but I also know that with the right teacher we can learn anything. A Little Bit About Me...

During my musical career, I have had multiple professional experiences as a teacher and performer. This summer will be my fourth summer teaching at the New York Summer Music Festival, in Oneonta, New York. For this festival I am responsible for organizing and coaching chamber groups, teaching private lessons, giving reed classes and master classes, and coaching sectionals. During the last three years, I have been the theory teacher at Clavier Werke School of Music in Austin, TX, where I have prepared students for exams, and have taught them the fundamentals of theory, and ear training.
