My first tutoring experience was in my freshman year of college. I tutored basic college algebra and calculus. Having earned two bachelor degrees in both math and physics. I feel I have a good understanding of not only the theory but also the applications of math to science. Tutoring both privately and publicly has also increased my speaking and presentation abilities. As a young child I was diagnosed with dyslexia. I have worked hard to to get my degree and have overcome many challenges. I have always been an overacheiver in school. I believe in education and I am constantly trying to learn something. My tutoring experience has been limited to tutoring Spanish. I am also very well read and have extensive experience in the business world.
I think that a good educator is the key to success in a child's life. I can still remember my second grade teacher (Ms. Golf), she made learning fun and seemed like everyday was an adventure in her class. Sadly, not all teachers are like that.
