My comments on tutoring ADD/ADHD : I have a Master's degree in Special Education grades Kindergarten-12th grade.

After graduating from college with a Bachelor's degree in Middle School Education, I taught for 8 years in a middle school in North Carolina. During this time, I went back to school and received a Master's degree in Special Education. I have taught grades 6th, 7th, and 8th. I love helping students and allowing their minds to fill with knowledge! I believe that every student CAN LEARN!
My teaching style varies from student to student. I believe in group work, I believe in independent work, and I believe that all students should have the opportunity to expand their minds. I Have been a teacher since 2002. I have had various experience in teaching students diagnosed with ADD, ADHD, Asperger's Syndrome, OCD, PDD, ODD, as well as other learning, social, emotional, and behavioral disabilities. I have also had experience tutoring students from grades one to ten. I have had to plan and implement individual education plans as well as independent lessons for various students.
