During my time there I was a member of the Varsity Swimming team where I competed against world class athletes within the Atlantic Coast Conference. Balancing life as a student-athlete created a unique and challenging college experience for me. I believe that each child learn differently, and as such, I have found the best way to teach is to cater to each child's individual learning style. Each encounter with the students is an assessment for me as well as for the student of me. Positive reinforcement is a good way to keep students on point.
