I recently completed a two-month internship in TAS/OTS in EY this summer. From this experience, I gained valuable knowledge in the advisory area. I participated in a mobile internet App project for a startup technical company. The major goal for the project is to do financial forecasting for the company. In the group, my job was to help create a business plan report and translate from Chinese to English. I also worked on cash flow forecasting. As a team, we did a lot of calculation and researching of the data from client in order to evaluate the net income for up to three years. I have helped tutor since I was a freshman in high school. I began working with kindergarteners through third grade students on reading and writing. Throughout my sophomore year of high school I tutored middle school math students (ages 11-14) and helped to train our "Mathalon" team. My junior and senior years of high school I mostly helped biology students prepare for the regents exams, as well as continued in the after school reading program for kindergarteners and preschoolers. My comments on tutoring Geometry : Geometry is all about visualization. This can be challenging for some, but luckily all you need is guidance and practice, and it becomes easier very quickly! I am experienced in helping kids who need help processing some of the more complicated topics in geometry.
