Calculus I is one of my top subjects! I have taught AP calculus AB for 6 years and tutored it for 9 years.

I have been teaching math since 8/2000. I first began teaching in a large urban district and then switched to teaching in a private school. I have taught math at both the high school and middle school levels. The subjects I have taught include algebra I and II, geometry, AP Calculus AB,and middle school math. Tutoring students and resolving confusion are simply additional problems to solve in math. Since many students learn in different ways, one must be able to explain the same concept in various ways. The development of these alternate methods of description is a great way for not only the student to learn but also for the tutor to better understand the material.
In my final year at MTSU, Spring and Fall 2010, I had the pleasure of tutoring in mathematics.
