EXPERIENCED WRITING PROFESSIONAL TO HELP IMPROVE YOUR SKILLS

I am passionalte about writing and have taught in K-12 for over 10 years. I have vast experience teaching writing at both high school and college level. I currently teach Composition classes at our local community college. I understand what is required of students to be successful in both high school and college. I teach journalism/yearbook currently at my high school and I occasionally work in the writing center at the local college, working 1 on 1 with students. My comments on tutoring Language Arts : Currently teach high school English and have also taught middle school Language Arts and College Level English classes.

Passion to teach students to be successful!

I am passionate about teaching and have the patience, care and respect for all my students. I allow them to tell me their learning style that works best for them so they can be successful in their learning.
I am a retired teacher with over 38 years of teaching both children and adults with diverse backgrounds. I have a BA and Masters degree in Education with an endorsement in ESL/Bilingual Education. I was a reading coach for 8 years where I taught teachers the best practices in teaching reading. I have taught every grade level and including college level. The last 4 years I have taught international students in an intensive English language program at a college level.
