I have 5 nephews and a daughter of my own shop I'm great with children. I was an honors grad and I also became a certified nursing assistant before I even graduated high school. Psychology is one of my top subjects!

I start out with discussing the area of weakness with the student and then try to investigate why this might be the area of weakness. Once this is discovered, I teach the student (through examples) until they understand the topic with which they need help. Then, I observe how they perform without my guidance and see if they have learned to complete problems solo.
Most of my experience is informal with tutoring family members/church members/friends in whatever areas they were struggling. To make my teaching more effective, I usually psyche my student to see how the mood to learn is. Should the mood be down at first, I would just come up with something fun, educative, something that can help to boost someone's IQ score. I have also used the NCLB Method, No Child Left Behind Method. In it, we use examples for every question, and evaluate the students every week to enhance greater learning.
I have always been a tutor of almost every class I took in high school, college, and even graduate school. I was always acting as a teacher figure to my friends, and my peers.
