I don't like to dismiss when I see a child having trouble in something. Every person has a different way of learning, I try to cater to each of their needs.

It seems to me that everyone can learn, in different ways and at different times. My approach is to have several options of which approach will be successful. Being a 1:1 teacher allows me the freedom and time to work with a student on a concept in a number of ways until the cognition sets in for him.
