I have a BS in business administration with a major in marketing and minor in English. I have been substitute teaching at various times in public schools since 1995. I have taught beginning computer classes to adults and have taught third through fifth grade boys at church. I hold a current substitute teachers license from the state of Alabama. A Little Bit About Me...

I have tutored students in math and science (mainly math) for over 13 years. I have helped students in various levels of mathematics - basic math, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and pre-calculus. After working with me on a consistent basis (2/3 days/week) many of the students have received honors in their math courses, including "Most Improved" and "Highest Average". I am also proud to say that a couple of students have actually decided to pursue careers that require a good understanding of math - i.e. engineering, architecture.
I enjoy working with students of all ages, although most of my experience has been with middle school age and older.
