I would say that my teaching style varies depending onthe person I am teaching. There are several ways that people respond to in order for them to understand. I thik that everyone has a unique teaching style but still needs to be flexible in order to help the student understand.

My teaching style is a type of facilitator approach. I realize the with every classroom there is middle level of learners the same as lower and higher achievers. My goal becomes aimed at the middle with reserves and encouragement for the lower as well as higher students.I often try ro challenge the classroom wholly and getting to know my students individually.
