The process of learning has always facinated me. I believe that all individuals regardless of age are able to learn something new everyday. My knowledge in the area of psychology of education helps me greatly understand that everybody has a different learning style. If everybody has a different learning style, teaching cannot perform in an uniform manner. It must be varied in order to meet every student's need. Being an educator I know some students are visual others are auditive. With the visual students teaching must include images and with the auditive students sounds must be used. A Little Bit About Me...

I believe that each child/adult has a learning style unique to them. Finding what works and what makes learning fun, to me, are critical to success, especially to struggling learners. Positive reinforcement and encouragement are critical, as well.
