I very much enjoy teaching both children and young adults. It gives me great satisfaction in helping others achieve a higher level of knowledge and skills. In addition, I feel that tutoring is a two-way street, whereby both the student learns material from the tutor, while at the same time the tutor learns how to better present the material in a way that is conducive for the student's learning. A Little Bit About Me...

I have always been a very direct teacher. What I mean by that is I am very clear on what my goals are in a classroom from the very first day I begin. I let all of the students know what my expectations are, and what dissapoints me. I know that each child is different. I have always been willing to take the time to support those students who need extra attention, whether it be before or after school. Every student is capable of learning, but not every student is willing. Part of my job is to encourage them to choose the right path to their success.
