My comments on tutoring Mechanical Engineering : You will be working with David who graduated one of the top in his class with a solid understanding of mechanical engineering and a natural ability to explain it in a way that is easy to follow.

I will be having you do questions and answers and explain the concepts and techniques involved with breaking down each question this way if its a lack in knowledge of the concept i will be able to identify and explain if its a lack in technique to understand the question and know what its asking and how to answer it then I will be able to identify that and explain it. I have found this to be the most effective and efficient way. Starting with a question and explaining related concepts can sometimes be draining and discouraging please be mentally prepared for studying hard and focusing intensly so that you can make the most of our time together I always try to be patient and positive if you prefer strict and more of a drill seargent peronality I served in the army and would be more than glad to accomodate how you learn best :) But If not told otherwise I will always be kind and patient ... read more

A Little Bit About Me...

I really enjoy working with children in various subjects and activities. I believe all children have a different way of learning and can all find a way that best suites them. My teaching style is based on how the student learns best and what their interests are. I like to incorporate my excitement to teach because students tend to be more interested in learning when you are interested in who they are. I really stress hard work and fun into my lessons so that students will not only learn a lot, but remember it as well.
As a civil engineering graduate, I spent a lot of time working with mathematics and achieving a higher level of education. I have always enjoyed working with kids especially in mathematics and athletic activities. I have tutored many college students as well as younger students in various subjects including math, English, biology, physics, and graphic design.

I have 5.5 years at Michigan Technological University in the studies of Mechanical Engineering. I currently take classes at Kalamazoo Valley Community College in their certification for CAD Specialists. I have substitute taught in the pass for a few months, mainly elementary level kids. I also hold a minor in Foreign Language-German from Michigan Technological University. My passions are Math, Science and Computer Aided Design programs. I also am interested in photography, ceramics and my other art forms. While taking classes at Community College I tend to be a person everyone comes to for help in all my classes I taken.
