I am very passionate about teaching. I am a very hands-on type of teacher that really likes to get the student involved in their learning. I like to set goals for learning, but also find it important for students to set their own goals as well. I believe that all children can learn, no matter what. I believe that each child/adult has a learning style unique to them. Finding what works and what makes learning fun, to me, are critical to success, especially to struggling learners. I will be there step by step to offer direction in a very pleasant, easy going manner. I graduated from Monmouth College with a B.A Degree in Mathematics while being a four-year starter and two-year football team captain.
