I have worked in Metro Nashville School system as a DIrector of Bordeaux Northwest Family Resource Center where my focus was "Children Will Succeed in School". My focus was securing tutors for students who were not reading on grade level. During this tenure I was successful in assisting more than 150 students successfully meet their goals. I perfer to work with students one on one. I feel that reading or the lack of the ability to read effects every other subject.
