I worked in the financial sector for 10 years and have a Master's Degree in Economics and Finance. My comments on tutoring Political Science : I have a liberal arts degree in international studies and experience in the area.

Though my primary field is sociology, I am versed in Liberal Arts due to my experience and background. Not all students are sociology majors and thus, not all students respond to a sociological manner of thinking. A Little Bit About Me...

Tutored inner-city and disadvantaged students in elementary English and math for 1 year. TA’ed undergraduate finance class, options pricing, for 1 year. Co-lead two Bible studies groups for one year; one of which was composed of students from a primarily Caucasian student fellowship as well as students from an all-Asian fellowship.
During my junior and senior year in college, I TA’ed a finance class called options pricing for two semesters. Options pricing was a difficult subject.
