Spreading knowledge across the world

I am a 17 year old female who has so much talent to share with the people around me. I'm apart of a community service club, I play a variety of instruments, and from my experiences I've gained a lot of wisdom. I may not be certified with a piece of paper to show, but who said that in order to spread knowledge you had to have graduated and attended college? All in all I aim to please and I give 100% because 99 1/2 won't do.
I'm more of a hands on and visual teacher. I prefer to show than to read because many ideas can come from one sentence. I learn more by drawing out or actually seeing what my teacher is trying to convey.

Individualized learning/teaching for optimal comprehension

I take a hands on material approach to learning/teaching. I feel that young students learn best when they can physically learn, such as through blocks/puzzles/interactive learning devices and other similar approaches. I try to let the student use their hands as much as I can to aid in their learning process. For older students such as my high school students or their college counterparts I use more direct audial teaching and visual teaching styles. I believe that we all learn better one way versus another but it does not negate the many ways of learning as well. As a teacher I believe that everyone wants to learn but many are unable or have not been able to see the connections it has on our lives and that we all have talents and skills that needs support, encouragement or attention.
