My comments on tutoring Algebra III : I am a Tennessee licensed and certified mathematics teacher for grades 7-12. I have 8 years experience teaching at the high school level. Algebra III is likely very similar to the Tennessee curriculum course - Advanced Algebra and Trigonometry, which I have taught several times.
I have 8 years experience teaching high school mathematics in Rutherford County, TN. I taught Pre-Calculus (3 years), Algebra I (6 years), Algebra II (3 years), Geometry (2 years), Advanced Algebra and Trigonometry (2 years), and Bridge Math (1 year). I am very familiar with the newest Tennessee curriculum standards, especially for Algebra I and Algebra II and their End of Course Examinations, as well as for Bridge Math, the newest implemented course in the Tennessee high school mathematics curriculum. I also have 2 1/2 years experience teaching at the private school level, in both high school (Geometry, 1 year) and middle school (7th grade math, 2 years; 8th grade Pre-Algebra, 2 years).
