I love working with children and with adults. I especially enjoy watching a child's eyes light up when something makes sense. I value the constructivist approach to learning and encourage learning through exploration. I provide as comfortable a learning atmosphere as possible, knowing that students learn best when the least stressed. Currently completing my Master's in Social Work with minors in Psychology and Sociology. I am an avid learner in all fields, with a passion for a number of social sciences (including philosophy). I have earned one bachelor degree, BA in Social Work, which has aided in my educational development. In addition, I have learned extensive grammatical skills due to writing research papers, along with essays in many various areas of study. During the last seven years, I have tutored students, including those with with developmental disabilities, through my work at social service agencies in English, basic social studies, the arts, mathematics and psychology.
