A special needs student may need hands on lessons or visual learning activities. Someone else may be an audio learner. As an active member of my community, in the form of pageantry, volunteering, and leadership, I have always enjoyed instructing others. Currently, I love my job at Midwest Generation as an Instructional Designer of Training. I get to train Engineers and Office Managers on subjects I knew little about, and have grown in responsibility and development. I love kids, since my summer camp instruction job I held all throughout High School as well as an active instructor at my church. I just graduated from Illinois State University about a year ago, and am recently educated and knowledgeable in all subjects, especially English, Social Studies, and Math.
