I believe that all people fall short of their maximum potential. Finding the right motivation for people is a gift that I have. I can motivate, but I cannot do the work for a student, thus personal responsibility is a must for success. I write in a very concise and efficient manner. There is very little fluff in my compositions. I will promote logical thought, proper syntax, proper grammar, and essay layouts (according to the assigned format) for my students. I have a BS in psychology with a minor in biology from the University of Illinois. My focus has been on medicine and science, working in adult medical education for over 12 years. I owned a medical education company for five years, working with physicians who would be considered the top two percent in their fields in the world. We developed curriculum for doctors, pharmacists and nurses to teach them about new drugs and new research, all with the hope of improving patient care.
