A Little Bit About Me...

I've found the different things work for different people and the key to being an effective tutor is finding what works for a particular student.
I tutored high school students for the Alabama High School Exit Exam for 3 years. Every student I tutored increased their scores dramatically and all eventually passed the exam and received their high school diploma. I graduated from UAH in 2004, took another year of master's level courses to meet the requirements for the CPA exam and then decided to go from public to private sector accounting. I've worked full time as the company accountant for a locally owned business that has grossed over $25,000,000.00 in sales in one year.

A majority of those hours were logged as I played collegiate baseball for UAH as a pitcher. I will be graduating in May with my Master's degree in accounting, but would love to continue tutoring on the side.
