I am an educator who helps students make it.
During my training at INSE (Institut National des Sciences de l'Education), University of Lome, I had a two-academic year classroom teaching performance inturnship at Agbalepedo Public High school. Then, from September 1998 to February 2005, I taught French and English at ISTT (Institut des Sciences et Techniques du Tertiaire), a private high school in Sokode. A Little Bit About Me...

I have previously worked as a shift supervisor at Starbucks, which has given me experience training, coaching, and delegating duties to other employees. This position has in turn helped me to understand different methods of coaching others, as it applies to varying degrees of learning styles. I believe the best way to learn is peer-to-peer learning. As an auto-didact I have the study skills necessary to regurgitate information as taught by the current institutional models. This is an uncreative and highly unnatural way to learn. There's a reason no major discovery was made in a classroom -- true innovation, discovery and learning is an organic process.
I'm a student at Augustana College whose academic record has ranged from public school to home schooling to community college and and even private education. I've worked as a tutor for over 2 years at Black Hawk College, at the same time obtaining an Associates Degree.
