I believe that we all learn better one way versus another but it does not negate the many ways of learning as well. For kids up to 12 years old, I use a variety of methods and instructional tools such as colorful foam and board books, coloring books, flashcards, posters, videos, audios, and games among others (some materials may be at an extra cost). Puzzles, music, drawing, and physical activity are important in a child’s world of learning through exploration and critical thinking. Kids’ lessons usually start with common vocabulary such as shapes, colors, food, family members, etc. and gradually transition to simple 2-3 word sentences after acquiring a certain amount of vocabulary.

Spreading knowledge across the world

I am a 17 year old female who has so much talent to share with the people around me. I'm apart of a community service club, I play a variety of instruments, and from my experiences I've gained a lot of wisdom. I may not be certified with a piece of paper to show, but who said that in order to spread knowledge you had to have graduated and attended college? As a non-traditional student, I was able to gain a unique educational experience. I started off earning multiple degrees at a community college, then transferred to Temple to study Actuarial Science. The training I received while preparing for actuarial exams taught me how to think about and solve problems so thoroughly that I was able to teach any subject I learned.
