Spreading knowledge across the world

I am a 17 year old female who has so much talent to share with the people around me. I'm apart of a community service club, I play a variety of instruments, and from my experiences I've gained a lot of wisdom. I may not be certified with a piece of paper to show, but who said that in order to spread knowledge you had to have graduated and attended college? All in all I aim to please and I give 100% because 99 1/2 won't do.
I'm more of a hands on and visual teacher. I prefer to show than to read because many ideas can come from one sentence. I learn more by drawing out or actually seeing what my teacher is trying to convey.

A Little Bit About Me...

I mostly work with adolescents and middle school aged children as an English teacher.Working with students with disabilities has taught me to be patient, considerate and compassionate with diverse groups needing more attention than regular ed children. Each child has a different learning ability and level of comprehension which has to be meet individually in a classroom of 32 kids. I believe fairness is everyone getting their needs met to be provided with the best education possible. Every child can learn and children learn at different levels. A teaching style must change to meet the needs of the child because what may work for one child may not work for another. I am patient and kind with students while still being firm when teaching students. I use positive reinforcement to achieve goals. I like to form a good relationship with the students because students do their best work when they are trying to please others.
