My comments on tutoring Elementary Social Studies : I have taught elementary socials studies during my tenures in elementary schools.

My teaching style is very flexible depending on the student. I select programs which best fits the student, rather than forcing a student into a specific program that I prefer. My expectations are high for each student. When the expectations are set high, students tend to reach to meet these expectations. Thus it "stretches" each child to reach their maximum potential.
I began teaching in 1976 in Tarboro, NC. My first teaching experience was in the middle school, grade 8. After that year, I taught fourth grade for 6 years. Creative, energetic tutor with special needs experience

Changing The World, One Child AT A Time

I was an assistant teacher to a 3rd grade class at Wilson's Mills Elementary from 2001 until 2003. My duties included assisted the teacher and helping the students in a manner to help them learn at their pace. And I also have an 8 year old son who attends River Dell Elementary.
