Professional Exam Prep and Subject Tutoring

During my time as Head Tutor at UNCA, regardless of department, I tutored over 200 students in mathematics and physics. Of those students, at least 80% saw an increase of at least one letter grade and at least 20% saw an increase by two letter grades. Many students I tutored in one subject came back to be for tutoring in the other. For many of my students I served as an invaluable mentor who guided them from their earliest days as a college freshman to the day the walked across the stage and earned their degree. My comments on tutoring College Algebra : I took college algebra at WTCC and passed easily.

Tutored on TutorSelect.come before a few years back and successfully tutored over ten individual students as well as a couple of group sessions with in between 2 and 4 students. All the students I tutored were either in high school or college. My topic I predominately tutor and that I most enjoy tutoring is mathematics. I've taken Algebra, Trigonometry, Pre-calculus, all three college Calculus courses, and Differential Equations. I also took both college-level General Chemistry courses and both calculus-based Physics courses. I also was responsible in most of my classes for developing a weekly schedule for tutoring/studying course topics with fellow classmates and friends. College Algebra is one of my top subjects!

I'm permanently a student. Before I joined the Air Force, while in the Air Force, and after I separated I've been school. Coincidentally, I separated to take the opportunity to go back to school. Currently, I'm studying engineering in North Carolina at UNCA and planning to transfer to the University of Colorado premiere engineering school. I know the process of getting into the Air Force (at least the top jobs) and being a college student particularly an engineering student.
