Through out my work with children diagnosed with autism I have learned and implemented B.F. Skinner's Operent Conditioning model. Although punishment is in the model, my specific teaching style only includes reinforcement using encouragement and praise to help your child reach his/her optimal potential. I believe that an open dialogue is a teacher's most needed resource.
