My favorite part of being a teacher is when I see a struggling student succeed. I believe that all students do not learn in the same way, and so it is of utmost importance to find the BEST learning method for each child. I believe the best way to learn is peer-to-peer learning. As an auto-didact I have the study skills necessary to regurgitate information as taught by the current institutional models. This is an uncreative and highly unnatural way to learn. There's a reason no major discovery was made in a classroom -- true innovation, discovery and learning is an organic process.
