A Little Bit About Me...

In the nine years of my graduate and undergraduate education, I have been a teacher, tutor and mentor. As an undergraduate, I was the math and science tutor for student athletes; I helped students to successfully complete Algebra I & II, Geometry, Chemistry, Biology and Physics. As a graduate student, I taught in both lecture and one-on-one settings, and was a mentor for 9 students. I have volunteered my time at science camps for middle school and high school students where I developed and led hands-on activities. In recognition of my passion for science and my teaching skills, I have been an invited lecturer in both high school and college courses.
