I've always been really good with the sciences and ever since I can remember would help my classmates. I have volunteered to tutor biology and chemistry in college for almost 3 years. I truly enjoy teaching basic physics and mathematics and have been told I am pretty good at it. One of my greatest strengths is the ability to explain a concept in different ways, as of course, people don’t all learn the same way. Patience, consideration, and encouraging words are simple tasks to help the self esteem of children in a child's education. With a degree from Purdue University and continuing on to get a degree in engineering, I am engaged in many areas of science and math. Even at a young age I taught my younger sister basic mathematical and reading skills even before she entered kindergarten; we called it "school".
