A Little Bit About Me...

I have been working with children for several years. I started by teaching dance at a local dance studio while I was in high school. It was from this experience that I chose to go to college to become a teacher. I have a degree in Elementary Education and am ESOL certified. I have experience as a substitute teacher and have worked with both elementary and middle school students.

My teaching style is to help students find the answers on their own. By asking a series of questions you can help students to find their own answers and express them in their own way. By doing this you not only teach them a subject, but you teach them the more important skill of knowing how to learn.
