A Little Bit About Me...

While working on my Bachelors, I volunteered in eight schools working one on one with students, small groups, and classroom settings for language arts. I also student taught junior high language arts. I received numerous teacher of the week recognition when I taught after school art classes. Since graduation, I have been a substitute for all grade levels and subject matter. I received certification as a line therapist for children with autism, in which I advanced the communication skills. My community college gave me the opportunity to work in between classes at the on-site child care.
