I love learning to be a student and to teach.

I have taught in both high school the last 7 years and college for 2 years teaching reading and writing. I have taught English in the summers 2007-2010 to International Students. I have taught reading, writing, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary. I have done prep for the HSPA prior to the test. All the students do three projects and with mp4 movies have been tape recorded and uploaded to my blog. I have experience working with students from Kindergarten through adult education. My earliest teaching experience was with primary grade children (K-2) in an inner-city school district. I taught basic skills to incarcerated men in a NJ Correctional Facility. I have experience working with first generation college students in need of remedial coursework before advancing to college level courses.
