Exceeded my GED tests and finished classes early

Enrolled in GED classes in late January 2011 and completed the courses within a week and took my GED 2 weeks later and passed in all fields with high scores or exceeding scores. Any level of Mathematics!

First I write down the rules for students to use as a guide to solve problems. I believe the old saying "repetition is the father of learning" is very true. As a student in college, I had a professor who would walk into the class room, and begin writing example after example. I have adopted that approach because it helps students become familiar and establish a routine to problem solving. Then I solve some more similar problems while explaining the rules in each step. Finally after solving many problems of my own, the students solve problems from the text book. I also provide references to material that can help advance the student’s knowledge.

Also, I show them different study methods to see what works for them. I have read widely on psychology.
