To address a wide range of skills and abilities in my classroom, I would try to be as prepared as possible. I would prepare materials for students who are at a higher learning level so that they are able to work on additional materials. I can also pair up students with a buddy to work with to make some lessons less intimidating to those who are weak at a certain subject. If available, I can enlist the help of a parent volunteer to provide one-on-one help with students who have deeper needs.
