After high school, I recognized in myself a desire to work with elementary- and high school-aged children. I have always been at the top of my classes and was heading for an engineering school before I discovered a love for helping kids. I do not have any teaching experience but I spent many summers working with these age groups at camp and enjoy interacting with them. I also easily understand most high school subjects and enjoy helping students find the answers they are looking for. I have very good communications skills from long use in college and post-graduate studies.
My teaching style would be to find the student's primary learning style and converting the information he or she needs into a format that fits that learning style.
