How I teach depend on what the student needs most; I would never coerce anyone into a predefined tutoring rubric, as that may harm their ability to learn.
In high school I excelled in spanish to such an extent that I placed out of most of the university spanish classes. Thus, while I have moved on to learning arabic my spanish skills are honed to the extent that I plan to graduate with a spanish major (in addition to my anthropology major) by the time I finish my undergraduate work at Northwestern.

My teaching style is as varied as the students I have taught. I feel it is important to relate to the student in order to help them learn best. When there are different learning styles, I do my best to use a variety of teaching techniques in order to cater to the need of the student. I am a recent graduate from the University of New Hampshire with a major in Spanish. As a part of my degree, I completed a year-long study abroad program in Granada, Spain, where I not only learned a lot about the Spanish language, but also the culture.
