I am highly familiar with the culture and have provided successful German instruction to immigrants while I was living in Germany. My teaching style depends on your learning style, but basically I believe in individualized instruction, offering guidance and lots of real-world examples, teaching students skills that will help them become autonomous or self-reliant and confident. I believe the best way to teach students any skill is to let them have hands on experience with it. As an example, in order to learn business skills, students need to practice the skills and understand their relevance in the real world.
