I have recently learned to incorporate meaning-centered philosophy (Viktor Frankl) to my teaching with a Portfolio methodology. I use these methods with a dynamic demeanor and with positive re-inforcement remarks on their papers.I learned Portfolio method at the Junior College and have significant results with it. For me, there is no greater passion than to impart to students the desire to want to learn; particularly, when they do the research. My tutoring style is very friendly and supportive. I'm much more like a coach than a teacher. I work closely with each student to identify stumbling blocks and I introduce alternate ways of understanding that concept working interactively with the student until they understand it.
