This depends on the student and his or her individual needs. I like to find creative ways to make learning more fun for the individual so that he or she will feel more motivated to learn.
I have been tutoring since I was in high school. Between that and teaching Sunday School and Children's Church, I have more than ten years of experience. I am a CPA with 11 years experience in Public Accounting and another 15 years experience in various accounting positions before I decided to go back to college and get a degree. As a young adult I was insired by another CPA. She was a great mentor to me and inspired me to get my degree and pass the CPA exam.
