A Little Bit About Me...

I do the notecard stlye of tutoring and I do the repetition type of studying. I love teaching our youth. I am a firm believer in teaching through discovery and in providing a constructivist approach to learning. I believe all children can meet their potential if they are given the appropriate surroundings and learning experiences. A few good educators can make a world of difference in a child's education. I strive to make a difference in all of my students' lives.
I have tutored at DSCC and at MSU. I have taught at MSU. I have earned a bachelor degrees, BS in agriculture and MS in Agriculture, which has enabled me to gain an understanding in many areas of math and science. A Little Bit About Me...

As a Bradley University graduate, I graduated cum laude with a degree in chemistry from one of the best chemistry departments in the midwest. I tutored basic inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry I, II, and advanced organic throughout the course of my junior and senior years. I then went on to attend Union University to receive my Doctor of Pharmacy which is where I currently am. I have taken more chemistry along with advanced medical physiology. I tutored fellow students my first year of pharmacy school in medicinal chemistry, gross anatomy, and in advanced physiology I and II.
I am a visual learner and I have found that most other people are too. This means that it is important to understand concepts behind each topic were learning.
