I prefer hands on training. I typically will create a user guide, and have the trainee follow along so that I can make sure all aspects of the program are covered
I graduated High School in three years and have been employed ever since. My first job was at Newark Int'l Airport in the computer room as a data entry & computer operator for a small airline service. I have continually moved up with each employer. All of my knowledge comes from hands on, on the job education. I am skilled in all facets of computer from data entry to user documentation and training. A Little Bit About Me...

I am a discussion based teacher. I prefer to engage the students higher level thinking with a questioning approach. I do not think that lecture or rote memorization are proper ways to educate a child. I believe that teachers affect a students learning not just through the subject but also through the real world examples that should be the core of all learning. Students will only reach their potential when they are challenged beyond what they feel they are capable.
