As a recent college graduate, I feel I have achieved a level of experience that allows me to share my knowledge with others. I am a firm believer that if a student is allowed and taught to think independently, they will discover their own way of learning. Each student is different in the way in which they tackle various subjects, it is important as the educator to understand that approach and encourage the student to discover learning through that approach. In all my years of teaching, I came to the realization that every child is different . When it comes to teaching, I like to learn a little about the child first. Then once I know everything I need to know, I go by what interests the child and I use that to teach them . Although sometimes it is not as simple, I do what ever it is that I have to do to ensure that the child is learning .
