Working in education since 2006 with ages 6 weeks to 18 years. I have student teaching experience from kindergarten thru 12th grade. I have substitute taught for kindergarten thru 12th grade as well. I have been enlisted in the Illinois Army National Guard since June 2012, and am currently enrolled in the Officer Candidate Program. I have worked as a financial analyst and sr. plant accountant for fortune 500 companies for over 20 yrs. During which I designed, planned, implemented, managed & maintained an extensive inventory control process. I have delivered reports to all levels of the company, both written and oral. I have also run my own business where I was responsible for all of the accounting and computers. I have designed custom reports in excel, word, and industry specific programs. While my area of expertise is physical education, I have gained great experience in other areas of education while searving as an in house substitute for Highland Elementary. Serving as an in house substitute provided me with experience working with large groups, as well as working with students on an individual basis. This experience also provided me with the wonderful opportunity to work with students with special needs.
