A Little Bit About Me...

I love working with people, especially children. I have been a Crew Trainer at each job I've had because of my ability to relate, connect and teach others. I am very patient and easy-going. One thing I like to identify is my learner's personality so that way I may cater my teaching style to that of his/her needs. Each student I had tutored when I was in college I had basically spoke with them, got to learn what they strong points were, their weaknesses, and areas that needed more base learning. I tailored lesson plans to help fill in their educational gaps, created small weekly assignments, and also helped with their current homework/lesson plan. I believe everyone learns in different ways. As a tutor at Eastern University I came to the realization that not all students learned in the same way. I have a different teaching style as compared to the teachers putting things into real life examples, or even making things hands on so my students understand better.
